Programmer for 2015

Looking for opinions on a programmer for a 2015 6.7. Looking at just a plug in play chip without deleting anything just yet. This a good idea or bad idea?

Curious about this also. Just got 2 2016's. Don't want more power. Just egr deactivated. Friend is doing a 13 with the Race ME and exhaust delete. Waiting to see if he gets any mpg gains
