A few more parts pictures...
Got a nice new radiator with electric fan to go on
.
Here's the A2W I bought a while back off a compd member, thinking about remote mounting this some where out of the way...
The Haisley gasket set I'm planning on using.
And a box o trans parts picture just because.
And here is a little more info on the truck and parts.
Fuel system
Air dog 200 feeding a certain injection pump, there will be two different setups being tested on this truck. (To be explained more later in the build)
Trans
47rh with billet shafts and the already existing sun coast billet parts, dpc triple disc converter. New clutches and a valve body. Cooler fan and lines under the bed, Shifted by a B&M shifter.
Transfer
NP205 with a fresh rebuild and most like a input shaft upgrade, at least till it gives up, then I'll be flipping a 271.
Front and rear axles
11.5 rear and D60 front both with a lockers of some sort, undecided as of right now what I'll end up doing. Front and rear drilled and slotted rotors.
As for the motor and air setup, I will show more of that when I start in on it soon.
Until then I got some work to do, I plan on lowering the truck a little, plus getting the suspension setup up correctly. It'll stay on leaf springs until I find the cash to coil over and 4 link it.
The cage is going to get modified a little the harness mounting done as well as certified by a local shop.
The plan is to make the truck semi streetable to drive to local events and maybe some shows, street tread and steel rims powder coated black is the plan unless they come up with a radial close to what I'd want.
I will be building a complete harness to run all of the lights to be street legal, along with redoing the engine bay wiring that already exists.
There was a lot of time and effort put into the truck prior to my buying it, I'm going to finish it and do things a little outside of the box. This is a work in progress that will take me a bit so bare with me on it all. I promise it wont disappoint.
