Pushed "freeze" plug out the bottom of my pump

During a few 6000 RPM blasts down the road, gov felt funny (kinda wanting to run away). One plug completely gone, another half out. Non dodge pump, feeeding oil with a #3 line to the side lift pump block off with no restriction. Probably dumb question, but did I over oil and pressurize the pump?

most likely. lot of area on those plugs for a relatively light interference fit.

had the same thing happen to my pump. the shop said if the plugs didn't have loctight on them at high rpm's they will come out. had them loctight all the plugs and haven't had a problem since.
