Quadzilla adrenaline pulse issues

so i finally figured out how to reflash/update adrenaline box but with my adrenaline plugged back in it still shows all zero`s on my tuning parameters. i can go in and change them but when i press enter it resets ive tried to update my pulse monitor and it is not reading it i even tried going through my device manager and everything like i installed my update on my box

The pulse WILL NOT properly update on ANYTHING but a Windows XP 32 bit computer. There are no drivers for it to do Win7 64 but even in Compatibility mode. you WILL brick it if you do get it to start in compatibility mode. I have 5 on the bench right now with the same issue.
