Well i think thats what im gonna do just keep my edge or get the comp. I drove my buddies truck with the adrenaline and i loved the power but it is gonna cost me alot to get it and then i have to buy a new clutch and i cant afford all that
 
A friend here has the Comp Hot/Smarty stack. I am gonna trade my ADR for his stack soon hopefully, just so we both can try it. Then I will know for sure (seat of the pants) which makes more power. BTW, you have the Juice then? or What 'EDGE' do you have??
 
I've had a comp smarty stack, tst smarty stack and now adrenline smarty stack. Out of the three I liked the comp the least it seemed to fuel to much down low and never really let the turbo catch up. I really like the tst but man was it touchy it was either go or no go. The adrenaline I like the best for the programmable ease and it makes good honest power and is smooth compared to the tst. Your talking about getting a comp you might as well buy the adrenaline its only a little over $500 and you get gauges and many different tunes.

Do have any dyno sheets that show the "honest" 40hp jump over the other products?

I have the Edge EZ module its for towing. I think it give 60 extra horses. it came on the truck when i bought it.
 
Just add a set of 80 horse injectors to it. A timing box stacked with 80hp injectors make a nice towing combo.
 
Model numbers

I am going to try the adrenaline but have a question first. The one I can buy is model ADR1002. My truck is a 2002. I see on the quad site that there are updates for 1000 series and 2000 series. Whats the difference? I take it that the ADR1002 is a 1000 series? I don't want to by it if a 2000 series is better.
I have an Edge comp on my truck now, but it crapped the bed and I have to send it in to get fixed. After that, I will keep the one I like best.
 
The ADR 1002 is the model number of the box that is for 02 model trucks! The site has 1000,2000 and beta updates which are the tunes you upload to the box! The 2000 tunes are more aggressive than the 1000 series tunes and the beta tunes are for comp use and completely wicked!
 
Corey, Tell your bud to buy injectors. Call me and I will fill you in on the details of stacking a VP truck.
 
I just bought one for 499.00. I figure I got a smokin deal! Can't wait to hook it up! So when I get it, what tune should I put on it? Are we still at the stage of trial & error? What tune are you happy with?
 
Oh one more question. I have the cold weather high idle/3 cylinder warm up flashed on my ecm. Can you run the quad warm up as well?
