rack plug install now grey smoke

a 4mph gain going through the traps is a nice pickup ! im curious how ure setup would run if you locked the t/c .... prob a 14.5 .

But I've ran faster then 15.1, my best was 14.8 @ 91mph. So I'm thinking from all the defueling, it slowed me down

The 2095 rack plug is actually about 4mm deeper then the stock plug. The rack does not contact it, the internal rack stop is what actually stops the rack when a 2095 is installed. I would not add an extra washer, there is a chance that the rack will hang due to how it is designed. It would be wise to spend the extra $12-$15 to do it properly.

If your worried about 2mm more rack which is slow fuel anyway, why don't you just do more pump work and have quicker fuel rate.

Well we put the hyrid 35/40 on. When you start to build boost while free reving slowly, the blade hits the compressor housing. There's shaft play, just rebuilt it and put a new shaft and turbine wheel on, hopefully that fixes it

Turbos on. Runs awesome. 45psi. What's safe for hybrids? And now when I'm in lock up and start to spool it hard. My truck acts like it doesn't know what to do. Like transmission wise maybe? Like ok sound effects time. It goes. Wo wo wo woo woo wooo woooo and then lights and goes

Im not worried about 2mm more rack travel. I said I wouldnt add an extra washer due to the design of the pump. There is a guide in the end of the pump that the rack plug holds in. If you add a washer then the plug is no longer holding the guide anymore, risking a possible rack hang.

If you look at this picture the guide that I am talking about is #30 on the left side of the pump.

At least that is what I get out of it.
