So, I have decided to take my wifes truck away from her and do the swap. I've saw several folks who have done the 2wd swaps, but no 4X4's. So, I have several questions. Will I need the ECM wiring harness from the donor truck?? What about the ECM?? I'm planning on running a 47RE. Also, what about the instrument cluster?? I have found a wrecked 2500 with significant front end damage, but it still has good axles, engine runs fine, and the trans was rebuilt not too long ago (receipts to prove it). Just need to find an intercooler, AC condenser, and a harmonic balancer (this one has broken at the rubber seam). Any helpful input is welcomed!! Thanks!
