Reducer bushings

Need some 16mm to 8mm bushings to mount a dodge throttle linkage to a Freightliner F70 P-Pump. Seems Bosch uses the bushings but their are no part numbers listed? Lost & Found department?

I just got a metric bolt and tapped it in the ctr for 8mm and flush cut it, use loctite on the 16mm part.
