reflash on 04 ford roll back with cat motor

Well at work we have a 04 ford f650 with the cat motor in it. And the thing is a complete pooch witch is fine cause im not trying to win any races or anything, but recently I was talkin to a local diesel mechanic and he offered to reflash it to I think he said the the 350 hp tune. Was just wondering if this is a safe (not gona go out and melt a piston or something like that).

well i should rephrase the 350hp tune part, itll take it from 200hp stock to 350hp. and he also said that thiers is somthing other than just reflashing the ecm to make this possible. anyone know what that is? my father was talking to him not me so i never got to ask him what it was.

if its a 3126 cat, probably reflash to 375 hp with no other upgrades also needs a factory password to load the file. which in turn is stored in cats database to void any warranty left.

I've been told PDI has some nasty tunes for the 3126/C7. I've had 3 C15's flashed by them and they're awesome.
