Rock Solid ram Steering retainer

So my rock solid ram steering bushing keeps backing out of its place. David doesnt have the old style retainers that actually worked, anyone have any creative ideas they have used? Pictures would be appreciated

I read that some people put three or four screws though the side of the tubing into the bushing. I have yet to install mine, I bought it five years ago I think. LOL

Im getting to the point of replacing the column in my truck just to have the OEM parts back

yeah I was thinking that, maybe putting a big washer between the hose clamp and retainer
