super diesel said:That's only part of the equation (speed of burn rate on #2 vs accelerants). There is alot of other factors coming into play as well (as some are finding out). I'm believing that most failures start from slight (or more) predetonation (rods in an off angle) instead of the detonation starting when the rod is at it's strongest point.
