Roll pan...

Is the roll pan going to block my receiver hitch? I saw that the sirmicheals one had a knock out for the receiver, but the others didn't. Also why in the world is one 222 bucks, but the other one is only 90??

My 96 1500 had a roll pan and it didn't block the hitch. It was on when I got the truck, so I don't know what kind it was.
