Rotating Assembly Balancing

Where is the best shop to balance a rotating assembly for a common rail cummins? I'd prefer somewhere in MO, OK, or TX.

I had mine done @ D&L performance machine, 1502 Norman, Wichita Falls, TX 76302. 940-766-1357.
