Rough idle after hard acceleration????????

It's not the fact that it drains the pump. It cavitates it and that cavitation is whats causing air to get in the lines. There's no way around it. Some trucks do it, some don't. Like TJ pointed out, it seems to happen more commonly on trucks with a comp but it's not limited to those.

The combinations that seem to make it worse is high boost, and large injectors. You can tell how much hp a VP44 truck is making, by looking in the drivers side door pocket for a 19mm wrench. :hehe:
