rpm limit in 2.8 class

Is there a limit on rpm in the 2.8 class for NADM or is it open?
If it is open with a commonrail governed at 4000rpm how competitive could that be or am I better off staying in a 2.6 class?
 
Ron your truck runs pretty good and can be competitive in the 2.8 class I think, but I also think you would like the 2.6 class better!

Hows it going Doug? Just trying to get truck back together for TS. The A5K charger went to hell so I guess I'll try a little 2.6 charger,trying some new sticks and a wastegate. If I can just get Chris over at E.D. to turn loose of the stuff. He's just so darn busy over there. Just trying to keep up with you and the Mooreman boys.
 
LOL! Well Tory has yet to get his stage three from john so i dont know if he is going to be doin much puuling without that thing, maybe he will have it next year! LOL!

And all i have is a vp!
