Running rough - Delivery Valve Loose

Now I'm stumped. I changed the pump out, but quickly found out the pump I bought was bad off! It had a rough idle along with a host of other issues.

Long story short:

Pump has been gone thru and calibrated
Injectors tested and balanced
New lift pump ( has leak & needs to be taken back and exchanged )
Compression Test: all cylinders around 450psi

Truck still has miss. Gets worse when truck warms up.

I'M STUMPED!!!!!!
 
Also, I ordered an adjustable OFV. Fuel pressure is around 17 psi @ idle. I want to see what more fuel pressure will do. I've played with fuel pressure some- but doesn't seem to smoothe out all the way. I will play with it more when the OFV comes in.

If I check temp on exhaust manifold, cylinder 1 is about 25-30 degrees cooler than cylinder 6. Not sure if that helps?
 
does it it leak fuel anywhere mine missed on one and the dv o ring was leaking btw whos truck is the 2nd gen crew cab? thats nice didnt a place in tx build them?

The pump just got back from shop, so no leaks there. The crew cab is the problem truck. Bayer Conversions in Minnesota did it.
