They are used on a Komatsu and some Perkins. They make a 500 and a 500R. Don't have the pics, just some part number leads. An S400 is that same size as a k-31, and those are both LARGE turbos in my book.

My guess it the R stand for Rotation. The Fat Bastard is similar to the B-52, the fat bastard has a smaller exhaust housing, iirc And when I saw Maddogs truck last he had a 5k/k31 and a B-52. But that could have changed.
