If you have an auto it is going to depend alot on your converter. and turbine wheel size and housing size.

i pretty sure 1600 its really tight but i still got stock turbo on there til next week when i pull the head and the head work and put my new turbo and stixs in

i have a pretty tight converter as well and i have no problem lighting a 64/71/14. so you might be alright but you would probably what something like a modified 15 blade. give dave a call and see what he recomends for sure.
