what does everyone think about an s467.7 and and some Dap 7x.014s to replace my beat up aurora 5000 and my II 6x.018s im still running an SO vp?? the turbo is a 67/83/.90

7x.014's are overkill for a 467.7. What is the Aurora 500 again? It's not a 475 is it?
 
What kind of power does your setup make now? A 6x18 is already a lot of injector

Run them. Sounds like it should work ok.
though if you want less smoke, egt, and more power, go with a quality 6x13 or 14
 
i was going to buy cpp 7x12s but money wouldnt allow the turbo and those 1400 dollar injectors the 6x18s i have are already to big i think im losing power compared my old dap 250s and the a5k...i want to break into the 11s this summer,, i havent dyno'd my truck with the 6x18s i have now i was guessing some where around 600 it put down 537 with the Dap 250s im at 5900+ ft elevation ,, its hard to say if i gained power or lost power im running a 150hp shot of nos now to..

We made 600 and ran 12.2s at 110-111 with a SO pump, mpm 6x13s, a 66/71/14 and a drag comp. Too much injector will definitely hurt you.

imo I would look into a fueling box that would be useful higher than 3200rpm. that a5k should be enough to get you into the 11s
 
so i just installed the dap 7x.014s tonight and before my aurora was pushing 52 psi with the II 6x.018s now its only pushing 40 to 42?? i need to leak test my system but i dont think thats it any opinions
 
I'm thinking about trying this exact setup. Currently have 7x.012's (200hp DAP's) and a 64/71/14 runs warm but I can still tow 8k lbs without a problem. Run ~54psi.
 
I've ran two sets of DAP VCO 7x.0145s with my A5K. One was definitely better than the other, but they still werent that awesome.
Ive had much better luck running a 6 hole injector with my A5K. Quality 6x.013s are what I would recommend.
