S468 on with pics!

Didn't run the truck at MIR. Want to sqaure away the issues I had with the butterfly opening.
 
Managed to get some pics up of how I have things run and after swapping on the new flange. Follow the text on each pic for a description of each photo.

A shot of the flanges. From driver to passenger side: 1)PDI t4 manifold; 2) ED wastegate plate cut open to provide the common plenum area in front of quick spool flange; 3) quick spool flange; and 4) .90 s400 turbine housing.

A shot of the two s400 turbine exhaust outlet v-bands holding on my spacer I welded up consisting of two s400 v-band flanges (the smaller t4 version, not the huge 5" t6 version) welded together.

Just another general shot. The brass fitting in the te manifold is a t that I use for drive to the gate top port and another port for placing drive pressure gauge on when I want to test drive.

.63 a/r v-band compressor cover, ETT 68 mm inducer (not sure on exducer), 83mm inducer/74mm exducer turbine wheel, .90 a/r turbine housing, and alot of stuff ED does to these parts to make them work. PM Chris for detials, i'm sure he won't mind sharing them with you.

wats the comp and exhaust housing size in cm?
 
Just got back from our cruise guys. I plan to tackle several items before trying to make the july 11th event at Cecil, one being if drive pressure is now where it needs to be. I'll certainly report back as soon as I have some time.
 
May head to the track this friday Richard, I'll keep ya updated! Should get around to testin drive pressure tomorrow or fri before I go and during the track visit.
 
Just let me know, I have a new partner now and we are ramping up production. So everybodies order turnarounds will be 2-3days to their doorstep.
 
Going to throw on a s362 with a little magic behind it, then eventually make a twins set when finances permit.
 
Good luck with the sale.. Sounds like this is the ticket for one wanting to stick with a large single for racing and streeting it as well.. I have been trying to save the money to put a s400 under my 300 as well, that's gonna be a while, fixin to drop a few g's on a ring for the lady....

Well it still may happen. I don't feel an incredibly urgent need to offload everything. If someone comes along with the right price then I'll move forward with my plan. If not well then a racing I'll be as soon as I can get a damn chance to do it:bang
