yes it will, we had it on a nv4500 5sp. and I have the 29 spline coupler to go with it. (DODGE 23spline is auto tail shaft spline and 29 in manual tail shaft spline for all of them)

Do you know if a gear drive 205 case will bolt up 2 a 2004 6 speed

it should same bolt pattern as nv4500 but output on the wrong side
