SCT/Trans Question

You hafta get new tunes if you have a new strategy now. The very first thing you hafta do when you go to the dealer for a reflash is, turn back to stock. After the dealer has reflashed the truck then you unlock the box and pull the new strategy and send it to your custom tuner(whoever it may be) and have new tunes made for the new strategy. Once the new tunes are e-mailed to ya, you'r ready to download them to the SCT then into the truck.

Doug knows a lot more than I ever will about these trucks, and said it would be okay to try running a tune written for an older strategy. My whole point was that Eric over at ID tunes my truck - he is out of office until next Monday and I did not want to wait 2 weeks after I got the truck back from the dealership to make sure the tranny was fixed.
