seat belt module

My seat belts are locked up in my 1998.5 Dodge 3500 and I am looking for a seat belt module that screws under the center front jump seat and it controls the lock up of the belts . The truck is a quad cab . Anyone parting out a truck that I could get this off of ?
 
What does it look like? I gutted my 01 and would just have to find it in the garage.
 
Little black box with one plug and 2 screws . About 2.5" x 2.5" or so . I'll look at it in the morning. Thanks
 
Seat Belt lockup is controlled by a module? I always assumed it was controlled by a spring or something along those lines.
 
Yea, Another one of Dodges better ideas ! I couldn't believe it either ! Called a seat belt timer control module I think ??
