Service engine light

[super duty04]

How do you guys that do conversions get the service engine light to go out. I also have an abs light on and a water in fuel light on. Truck is an 04 F-250 with a 97 12 valve. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also I swapped the auto. to a nv4500 and cant get the clutch to bleed. I will get a good pedal then the next day I have a spongy pedal. What am I doing wrong there is no bleeder in the slave cylinder.

for the SES light pull the bulb out of the cluster. as for the other two dont i dont know

for the ses light, you hook up the scanner and clear the codes:hehe:. as for the clutch you have to unbolt the cylinder from the bell housing and pump it with your hand with the cap off the clutch reservoir. hope this helps. i helped my buddy do it like 2 yrs. ago and iirc thats how we did it.
