I meant 60 psi of fuel excuse me.. the fuel plate is MIA.

So slide the AFC houseing back then crank up the wheel?

I couldnt hear any boost leaks anywhere.. I did see some minor exhaust leaks.. I didnt think that would effect it that bad.. Its not making a ticking noise all I can see is smoke

Yes, slide all the way back, and tighten up the starwheel a ton. It will hurt your top end fuel for now, but it might help you diagnose this.

Exhaust leaks before the turbo could hurt you, but not enough to matter, unless it looks like a wastegate dumping LOL. What rpm does it actually light at, if at all?

Also, I don't know the cm sizing for housings, its not the .88 housing is it?

That Idk what size it is. Ill ask .. I was too busy trying to keep the damn thing in the lane to see what r it spools at. Id say 1500-1800 (20-30 psi) the more you tip it...the higher the boost.. 3/4. Throttle body id.. say arroumdI 2200-2500 your up there in boost... and now its hazeing....some where in there. 3rd gear I was going 45 like 2 lbs. I layed into it and it lit quick.. snapped to 50psi where the wg dumped. Its ok once its rolling.. dead stop it is a dog.

Id say its got a 14cm. We drove it with the wg crimped off... no difference .. he moved the afc back a little and that was it he had a party to go to

15-1800 and 20-30psi sounds plenty good to me
 
10 inch lift, 3.73's and 24" rims and 38" tires.........found the issue. Id get rid of the 5x18's and put in some 5x12's and have someone tune the pump.
 
Hm I guess I forgot I was dealing with a old 12v .. it couldn't be 100%possible clean


So either switch injectors or gears or just drive it?
 
5x18s are over kill and anything over 5x16s make it very hard to tune smoke out. Put some 5x14s 024 delivery vales in there they will be plenty of fuel for that turbo and should spool with little smoke.
 
I agree. Go back to 5x.012 or .014 and some 181's or something. If that pump is really benched it's still gonna be a ton of fuel though.
