Setting Up Big Diesel Pull in Wi In 2009

Hey Brad:

I thought it was probably you. I sent a PM too.

I think you should really be able to get some trucks together on this one given enough planning.

If my truck holds up to another year snow-plowing I would make it. Thanks on the loops offer, I've got the stuff for them, just not enough time (what else is new). Now to figure out what else to do to the truck this Winter to keep up with the herd.

How's the 98 project coming? I want to see that one run next year!

Keep us posted.

Paul

OK Guys I've talked it over. I'm planning on 2.6, 2.8, 3.0 classes. As for the two wheel drive trucks, bring em. More the marryer. we'll place them according to the rules. I would love to get trucks from all over wisconsin,Ill, Ia, In and where ever else you guys and girls wanta come from. With the three class split we'll roughly set a $1000 to win each class and pending on number of trucks probly pay back 5 places. The next thing will be locking down a date. Then work out the rules. Most likely the rules will be close to dhra rules. Any more imput will be great. Thanks

You should let twins bushinged down to 2.8 run with the 3.0 class. Experts say its the same.

I've seen videos of your truck. It runs great. Lota time and money. I'm building a 98 12valve for the 2.8 class. The truck is getting close to being done body wise but I'm just starting with driveline. Scheid is doing the engine.

I'd put it on a date/weekend that dont land on fantasy or badger of BSTPA that way you can get the upmost trucks and attention.

Yea I figured that I would plan it around the other pulls . I keep it up in the air til I see date for next year to plan it lock it down. I'll keep everyone informed on date and location

yea it kinda caught my eye as well. my truck should be running well enough by this fall to come out. this season is kind of a work in progress season. I will make it to as many pulls as the truck will allow. as much data as I can get.
