Rpm could be an issue.

Just curious, but why do you want to stay under 4500? You are gonna have a helluva time spoolin a turbo the size of what your lookin at if your afraid to run high rpm

...I'm not a puller, but I'm running a Turbonetics 66mm that has an 84a/r (roughly 16cm) exhaust housing, that I'm willing to bet, would be good to 750+ hp. The best thing about it, is if you break it, Turbonetics will replace it!!!
I have about 5000 hard street/ drag racing miles on this one & at 600hp it seams bullitproof, & is begging for more fuel.
