I want to know what you other guys are running... One of my good friends/ customers truck seems to have more power than other trucks with even more mods... Just curious...

YouTube - Pat's '05 Cummins on the dyno..

Here is his truck.

He just put a wicked stage III Cp3 on and we're dynoing it this weekend so we'll see if that helps

I know triton has layed down somewhere between 7 and 800 on a silver bullet!

i did 708 with a silver bullet. and it seems to still have some room to grow. we will know shortly

07 QCSB 4x4 5.9 6spd 6inch lift 37's, Valair 3850 DD, II silver 66, DDP 100's, BD manifold, Wicked Darkside stg? w/arson 3, PPE 160gph lift pump, Dr. Performance 2 micron/ water seperator setup, -8 big line, 5 inch TBE to 8 inch stack, Smarty TNT, MP 8, Cobalt guages, AFE level 2, Quadzilla RP guage, CFM+ silver, capped rail TC wild rail

heres mine. and we are convinced my injectors are a little bit bigger

SPS 64, II 90hp sticks, dual cp3's, Hamilton Big stick, HD springs, Smarty TNT-R, Mp-8, BD IC, ATS Arc flow, Snow stage 2 with 50/50 mix and a light pnp on the head. Same set up did 739hp on fuel only, all this in 07'.

Jared

1013, single silver bullet, big ddp injectors, dual cp3's (stage2 IIS under stock) Dr P and a Diablosport and about 200 hp of nitrous. Gained 3 tenths switching to a smarty no other changes, unfortunately never got to dyno with it though.

612 with PS62 and Wicked's pump, 50hp injectors TNT/R. dual disk, springs.

It's a bit faster now with the HTT64 and 150hp sticks.. Dyno time to come when I can managed to get time. I think I figured out my flutter so a cam will possibly over take dyno time as a priority.

665 with what is in my sig. This combo should be good for 700+ with some tuning.

Joe

Mudn_1 is correct. My truck made 754hp and 1450tq with a single Silver Bullet... fuel only. The motor has lots of work done though.

Ron...
Michael Ritz at Fall Brawl 2007 with a 2005 2500...742/1200+ on fuel only running a II Silver Bullet and some other unamed goodies.

Thanks Andy, and all you other guys!.... Well i know all this horsepower is attainable with all of the mentioned modifications, i just thought my friend seems to be making more than he should be... Maybe it's just tuned right?.. (I have yet to throw an O2 sensor on it and see where it's running) But most other trucks i see with a pressure box, smarty, injectors, and a turbo are right about what he's making... im baffled.. He just put on a WICKED pump and he'll be getting injectors before fall brawl hopefully, so we'll see what happens.... :evil

650/1509 on Brown's Diesel DJ 248c with DDp 90's, Super B Special, II 85%, AD150, TNT/R, EZ stack.

The answer to your question is........because its an 05. Not joking. There is more than one freak of nature 05 on this forum. Luken (lucas kennedy) was the first to make this common knowledge. i believe it was 659hp with Scary Larry/TST stacked.....stock injectors/cp3. Scott "School Bus" O'Hagan did 704hp with 90hp injectors, SPS66, Fass 150, and a very conservative nitrous jet....and stock cp3...and his truck runs 11.9's on 20" wheels and 35" tires with 5" of lift.

something common seems to be that most of these freak 05's were the early 05's with plastic intercoolers. Scary Larry also works incredibly well on 05's...after all that is the truck the program was built for.

Well this is an 05.5 with a factory aluminum after-cooler and a g56 trans with a straight NV-5600 shifter shaft (most g56's i have seen have a bent shifter shaft).... this truck is retarded...... he runs 13.60's with the mods i listed... He won brackets on July 18th at Numidia actually......

its funny you say that cause i have an early 05 and last year with nothing more than a trans, fuel system, silver bullet, tst ez and scarry larry i did 596 and 1147 with stock pump and injectors. i love my bullydog and the 05 dunno why but they really seem to work well together

If we are adding spray then I did 805/1500 with a smallish single jet and 650 or so on fuel only, but a 06 I built made the 739hp on fuel only and 810 with water meth it was a g-56 also. All with a SPS 64.
