I had nothing wrong with my redline. I sent it to chip multiple times & he said it would pop because the box missed a pulse signal from the vp44 & shuts down the fuel pump. It is 100% normal. I could rev to 4360 smooth as glass, but if I went to 4361rpm, it fell off 700rpm when I'd launch. This is why Quad put a rev limiter on the Adrenaline after I told him what happened.
 
there's a local truck that run's a redline in my area in it pop's like crazy when the rpm's come up. guy leaves the line at 4k. I had a buddy with a redline in had to send it back several time's in now its in a box in his shop cause he wont put it back on.

Um where do you set yours at or close to??
 
Chip recommends 60-70% fueling. I tried it, did nothing for me, still popped.
 
i ran mine at 55% and sometimes lower, my old truck will be pulling next weekend, guy i sold it to made alot of cool new changes that most ppl never do to a vp truck because they think they cant compete LOL

And im telling everyone!!! ITS NOT THE BOX!!! You have to take time in hooking them up and there are alot things that you have to do, you have to use magnets on the cords and we also wrapped all of my wires in something dont remember what its called but it keeps radio signals out! They are very touchy, but you take your time and do everything right, you will never use another box!
 
Kmans wright bring it up to around 3500 and start coming out of the hole once loaded good go with it , my buddys never poped or nothing coming out may hit the limiter mid trac,,,,he was usen 75% and stacked with a smarty usen #4 or 5 dynoed 614 hp also
