If you tried the Dongle on another truck, it is permanently vin locked to it and cannot be transferred.

Can you confirm that the dongle was not used and is indeed unlocked?

Lavon, Thank you for the info. I was not aware that once a dongle is used it becomes unable to be used on a any other truck. I did indeed use it on my truck.
