Changed the headgasket on my99 about 160miles ago truck seemed to be running great, till today i noticed quite a bit of light-colored smoke coming out the exhaust[whats up with that]

Ddi you reuse your stock headbolts? If not a retorque might be needed...

put in new headbolts torqued to 90 ft pounds [should i have went more??]

Mods? more info about your setup would help

NOT LOSING ANY FLUIDS also first time i ever used ROTELLA-T oil when i start the truck i get a little puff of black smoke then it goes white ,trucks not overheating, and the gauges look good,I'LL pull the valvecover and retorque i guess

First time for Rotella-T? I use Rotella. I too get quite a bit of smoke, more blue lately. I do have a decent size set of 5x.016 injectors and a 12 v though.

WELL took it apart again ,retorque the head to 100ftlb,put her back together still smoken then the turbo blew

You're not using the correct torque. 90 ftlbs THEN another 1/4 turn of the bolt.

If the turbo just took a dump, that must mean that it was limping along with half blown seals. Half blown seals will dump motor oil into the exhaust and intake. Motor oil burns whitish when burned in the exhaust system or on a cold motor because white color represents incomplete combustion.
