SmokinDiesel's 1996 Dodge Cummins 12 Valve FORSALE

Man,I was just reading the article about your truck and the post you made of the build up on it.If I was in the market and had the funds I would jump it like yesterday. It is defently the nicest 12v I have ever seen and build up was well thought out.If you need a truck with a back seat I got a Chevy Colorado Z71 crew cab give plus cash(you laughing LOL )Anyways, good luck and hate to have to see you sell your hard work.

Here is another bump for you Mike. If I had the money man I would buy that truck, it is awesome.

the current market for a 12valve is $3,000 to $7,000.
nice truck but i don't think your asking price is reasonable. you'll never get back even half what you put into it.

i wish i could own a 12 valve. very cool power.

WOW!!!!.....WTF?????....
So Camo, tell us how you really feel about us 12vers.So if I am to go by what you are saying then the 12v market is between 3-7K?.For a comment like that there are many who would slam the door in your face, ask you to not insult us and please leave the premises.

Please define "reasonable" here....
While I agree that many owners loose alot of what they put into a truck, they are worth in value whatever the owner is willing to take for them. That price is determined between the seller and buyer and in the end some make out better, some make out worse.Mike has a set price in mind for his ride so why insult him by saying his truck is worth less because certainly you are not the Swami and can read his mind on what its worth to him.

Bottom line is the truck is worth what he can get out of it..........Andy

agreed and disagree.

I agree that his truck is worth his asking price. Sadly, unless he finds someone with lots of cash in these hard times, i dont think he'll get it. Sadly, again, sadly, i think itll have to go down to about 12-14k to sell it right now. I would drop 20k in a heart beat if i wasnt a broke sh**.

I disagree with hammer that the market is 3-7k. Thats a little too black and white. That may be true for regular old 12v farm trucks, but not this one.

I dont think that you will fimd a clearner, nicer lookin 12v out there. I think that it worth the money he is askin for, but i dont think that anybody has that kind of money to put out right know.

I can agree with all of you on some level. 3k-7k like said before for a regular everyday work pick up truck, but this aint your everyday work/farm truck!

I had a price in mind, yes ... Is it worth every penny of that price? Without a doubt!

Sadly with the market & economy I realize getting that is a long shot.

As I hate to "give it away" I am willing to take a HUGE loss on my truck, and I am doing it with a smile on my face, because this is for my family & there is no machine in this world more important than my family & the ones I love.

With that said I am taking whatever I can get for my truck, and I don't see it as a loss, I see it as doing whatever I can to give my family a better life.

Thanks for the kind words Andy, I appriciate it.

So make an offer!!! I am obviously willing to work with any of you the best that I possibly can.

I disagree with hammer that the market is 3-7k.

Please note I DID NOT say that,CamoTanker did.I did ask him why he felt the market was that soft on our old 12v's.Also note that the market is soft on all of our trucks and aftermarket mods mean little when one goes to sell their respective rides. It truly is a market on these trucks that is decided by what the owner wants and the buyer is willing to pay, some get more, some get less.

Mike..
You have to do what you need to do for your family.Thats a t-shirt that I have already in life and completely understand the need for having it....Andy

Thanks Andy ........

At this point I am open to any offers ... I need this to go ... So please MAKE AN OFFER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
