Someone around Flint, MI with ScanTool?

Hey guys. My uncle just got up to Michigan for work and his 06 5.9 started throwing a PO148 code. I have been researching and found a good site to figure out which one of the many problems it could be. I wish I could physically help him but Im too far away so I decided to call on you guys. 148 could be a lot of things, from in tank pump on its way out, to it being gone, and taking the cp3 with it... and the injectors......... that was the total carnage on mine, lucky it was still under warranty when it happened.

He has a superchips programmer, 100hp injectors, AFE intake and 5inch. I initially thought the lift pump but after researching the code I told him that there are sensors to check. I would hate to tell him to spend money on an Airdog or FASS and it only be a bad sensor. Thats when I found the site that I posted and if someone has a scantool it might save lots of part changing.
