I am going to bore my s300g (57/65/14) out to accept a 62 inducer, but after a good amount of searching, I have come up empty handed as to where I can source the compressor.
Also try http://ktsturbobilletx.com/?page_id=433
They have billet wheels in many S300 sizes and are fairly cheap. I just got an S259 wheel from them for $136. Quality looks good.
Were they helpful in choosing the number of blades, pitch etc?
I have a cast 63mm wheel you can have for $30. Brand new never used.
give john at majestic turbo Waco a call.
He did mine. and sells parts.. as well as 360 degree thrust stuff.
Or there is any number of turbo vendors on this site that can help.
254) 757-3759 or majesticturbo.com
Not directly related but I was finding wheels on ebay for about $60 when I popped my 62
John and his wife were very helpful. I am sending the 63 wheel to them to make a better killer b out of my super b!
I have the turbo in hand but the weather has kept me from installing it yet.
Anyone know what size threading the oil port from the top of the oil filter to the feed line is?
I want to plug it so I can put the truck in a garage to finish the install.
I think the weather is clicky all over, same up here.
If you don't mind me asking, what all did you have to get machined?
I am thinking for the super b, a billet 6 blade wheel & the 475 gets a billet GTX 11 blade.
Did they balance it at the same time as the rebuild?
Updates are always good.
I believe the oil port on the oil filter housing should be an 1/8" npt.
