Spring style wastegate question

Hey guys, I am running an s366 74 .80 on my p pump 24 valve right now. I love the way the truck runs with this setup, however I have one problem. I understand on this size charger, anything much over 50 psi will shorten the life if it, which I would like to avoid. I have ran my wategate adjustment all the way out and even added a longer bolt and adjusted all the way out. Even with it loosened all the way up I'm still hitting 55-57 psi at WOT. Is like to keep it gated at no more than 50. Am I at the limit for how much my gate can flow or what? I'm lost.

try actuating the gate by hand and see if it is even opening all the way. Try a softer spring?
there are also spacers for the gate pucks you can use that allow more travel.
You may also be able to enlarge the holes and do some porting to relieve some pressure.
