Starter & PCS controller

When putting a 12V into a superduty what is the best starter to use? I've heard 6.0 starter out of any year ford?

Is there anyone that sells a PCS controller that has the shifts already programed in?

If you have a destroked plate you hve to use a 6.0 starter the pcs tunes i dont know i called pcs and russ sent me a file to get started
