Starting problem???/

just because the injectors are from II and they were just installed means nothing, but still hard to point the finger at them right now-- if it was me I'd be changing the return valve at the VP and changing crossover orings----and then change injectors---un-plug your boxes---you need to eliminate easy things first and work your way out of it----but it sure sounds like the overflow valve at the vp or crossover orings.....chris

Ok i have already done

unplug boxes
replaced all the fuel lines from the fass
checked all the fittings

Ill bet its the overflow valve

I just started exsperiencing this excat same thing on my 3rd gen, did you figure yours out???

BBD

Well on my 02 i sent the pump back in for a check up and the diaphram was cracked. So i really think that might have been part of the problem and also i had a buddy that was running the same injectors as i was and had the same problem until he swapped them out.

Dumb question, but is the grid heater working properly? I don't know what your outside temps are, but when its below 40 here, my truck chugs for about 5-7 seconds and then starts, and white smokes for a while (I have the grid heater deleted).
