steam and squeak from fill tube

noticed some steam coming from the blowby tube so i figured i'd check the oil fill tube. when i pulled the cap off the steam was real obvious even with the wind from the fan. i also heard a constant squeak/squeal when i had the cap off but it was gone when i put it back on. my serpentine belt is squeaking so i'm good and familiar with that sound and it wasnt it. any suggestions of what it might be.

sounds normal for a higher mileage 12v.

Sounds normal. The blow by coming out the fill tube is path of least resistance
