Stock 12v/24v parts

I think he means a bolt to hold the retainer for the injector on a VP 24 valve.
There's actually 2 styles on each retainer, 1 has a "shoulder" that it's tightened to, the other is just a plain bolt.
The one with the "shoulder" is tightened to spec., as an "anchor", then the other is torqued to spec.
The 2nd bolt is truly what tightens the injector cover into the injector.

Here's a pic, the bolt on the left is the "anchor" bolt:

LOL, thanks a lot man, I had no idea! my question is to why he said "it's pretty. got an injector hold down bolt?" kinda random

Actually, he said "it's 'PETTY'..." (No, not Richard!), meaning small and trivial.

I know how he feels bout it seeming "petty" to some, but it's necessary when you don't have one.
I shipped a set of 6.7 injector retainer rings and bolts to the wrong address recently and the poor buyer needed them right away.
Well, I turned up another set of rings and was freaking because I didn't have those "petty" bolts, until the fellow needing them told me he had bolts, just really needed the rings.
I sent them 2-day on my dime, my screw-up, my fix.

Sometimes it's the seemingly innocent little things that'll stop a project dead cold.

Mark.
