This bolts into the stock gauge cluster and gives you a 6k tach. It worked fine in my '94 gasser. You may want to use electrical tape over the part with 'unleaded fuel only'. $50, Paypal ok.

EDIT: Brandon confirmed it works.

It works, I run one, I leave the unleaded part.

Very easy to swap. You change the whole instrument cluster. Only difference I have seen is the temperature instead of on the stock 97 was 140, the 97 360 gasser I used was 130.

I didn't think about this being a possibility. Thanks guys.
Joe hope you get it sold. If not I may be interested.

It's pretty much like changing a light bulb out,I have one in my 01. You need no extra parts to switch them out. It's the same exact part with just a different face.

Does this change the odometer though? I had to swap a bad one out on a gasser and the odometer changed to the new odometer reading. Or is it different on going from gas to diesel?

My truck went from having 88,000 miles on it to 145,000 mi when I change mine :what:
