Suggestions on sudden power loss???

gutted afc on both dyno sessions.


one thing ive been kickin around but not sure if it was an issue or not:

a few bolts were stripped out that hold the afc housing on. if they came loose enoguh it couldve messed with the alignment of the shut off solenoid limiting fuel. I know i had to tighten them every pass in ennis because they would rattle loose. could have done the smae dynoing.

If the housing moved all the way back it could have limited you but not 200hp worth. One of my bolts are stripped and I just make sure it does not leak oil or move. If your plate moved that would be another story.
 
Oops forgot it is gutted it don't make a rats azzzzz where it is.

Edit..... I think the fuel sol. Is ether on or off. At least that is what happened when I changed mine out.

maybe the dyno is the problem, not the truck? You would definately feel that big of a drop in h.p.
