switched 12volt source

i was wondering what you guys are using for a switched 12v source? I was wanting to install an aux fuse block for a switched 12volt source and was thinking about putting in a bussman 6 pack fuse panel and then put a relay off of a 12v switched source to power the block with the main power coming out of the the big wire on the fuse panel underneath the hood. should i use a different 12v power source or would this one be fine? thanks in advance

i just wanted to clean up some of the stuff that i have already installed like my water/meth, pre-lube pump, and then maybe all of the stuff for a remote start kit. i wanted to install 2 blocks, one that is a switched source and then another that is always hot. i just don't like the looks of wires that are just spliced in all over the place and also don't want to draw too many amps out of a wire that goes to my PCM or something important like that.
