Switching out 47re for nv5600

Email sent. In the process of converting mine as well as converting the truck my 6spd is coming out of to auto. Running into issues with the auto conversion,seems the ETH truck doesnt like the PCM out of my truck. The truck runs with either trucks ECM and the original PCM but will not run with mine. Hopefully something didnt ruin in the process. Definitly need an auto PCM to work in that ETH truck or we're screwed.
 
Pretty sure you were at my house today with your buddy picking up a plow. My dad was telling me about your truck, sounds good man. I should be able to start driving mine this week after I get a few final things buttoned up on the 5 speed swap.

Yeah mine is an 01, you sure it matters what year the truck is because its not like it matters what year of truck you put the chip on as long as it 98 1/2-2002, but i mine i could be wrong.

I dont think you saw me because i havnt picked up a plow but there is another truck in westminister that looks alot like mine
 
I guess not. I just thought it was pretty coincidental that the kid had an 01 that he just converted to an nv5600. He got the stuff from a guy in frostburg.

lol maybe you did see me than, but i didnt pick up a plow or anything
 
so your saying you think the file you sent me should work than?
 
i ran that file on my truck and i didnt notice anything different the trans temp light comes on still when you first start it up and than goes out and i still feel the rev limiter coming in at 2700 rpm in 2nd and 3rd gear, so im not sure if it worked or not
 
DO you guys know if a nv5600 out of an 03 will mate to a 241dhd out of an 98 2nd gen that was behind a 47re?

Input sleeve spline count is different between auto and manual t-cases. Autos have 23 splines and manuals have 29. You can purchase the input sleeve you need for around $200 and put it in in place of the other one.
