Tapping the Oil Pan for 2nd Turbo Drain

No, the mains are self contained. You will need a pan gasket and a oil pickup tube gasket.

When running a Sc with Turbo I had problems with leaking returns too. I ended up buying a scavange pump off STS. It sucks as well as blows. Originally I fed it back into one of the breather pipes. Since then I modified my Oil Filler Cap - I blocked it off and welded a fitting into it to take the hose. Never have a problem anymore. When I change engine oil, I disconnect the hose from the bottom of Turbo and put it into New Oil Container and turn the key on and pump the new oil in.

for my Frantz filter I punched a 1/4" to 3/8" hole in the pan, then welded a steel 1/4" NPT bushing over the hole with a Miller mig machine. I had a pinhole in one of the welds but it wasn't bad. We purged the pan with argo or nitrogen to prevent the oil from catching on fire but it works. JMHO.
