TFOD-3 tuning options

I was wondering how everyone is setting up their full manual valve bodies? Tuning them to very aggressive or somewhere in the middle? How about the rear servo option for 1-2, is everyone doing that? Thanks!
 
I did the spacer in the rear, 8 turns on PR, left the checkball in the main body, and put the small spring and the factory spring in the front servo
 
- used the spacer in the rear servo with factory spring
- line pressure.... 4 turns (it said 5 was 'fire breathing dragon'... I have no gauge to measure)
 
Did you install the orfice restrictor to slow down direct engagement also?
