Well well well.. I have found something I can't live without.
And I need to sell the car to get it.
Not that I am tired of the car, but it sits more than is used.
She is a beautiful cruiser. will highway roll with the best of them and it stops ok,.
It can't turn into a parking though..
I was going to source a 9" and locker to assist in that. Has new steering gear and master cylinder.
Gets about 20 mpg cruising.
The goods.
Has a Mexico 24V block and polished rods
Mahle pistons,
Hamilton 12V head,188-220 cam pushrods 165Lb springs etc..
Farrell diesel 215 pump with Hamilton pump cam 5ks 035 7mm DV etc..
Haley 5x20 enlarged single feed injectors.
Trans is a 47re with about every billet goodie except for intermediate and output.
DPC stock stall triple, Darren Morrison VB and it shifts awesome.
Turbos are a FI 478 87 1.1 t6

Stainless diesel t4 manifold.
Rear diff is a stock 9 3/8 ring gear 12 bolt with Moser axles, welded spider gears.. new bearings in it.
Interior is a few years old and gorgeous. dash is cracked in a couple spots, but 47 years old and lack of aftermarket on that had me stuck.
Now the bad, the cut down oil pan was great for the limited RPM of the vp44 for years.. add another 1500 rpm to it and volume wasn't there to keep up. so it has a very slight knock. It was going to get bearings come april.
It will be repaired, and trans refreshed if nobody buys the car in April. if the item I want is still for sale, price will the go up.
I have all the parts for ideas I was going to do.. battery relocate, oil pan, slicks, turbo move around etc.. will go with.
Looking to get $19,000 out of it.
