I know someone who might be willing to test a restrictor plate, I'll run it past them.
I would still believe it would be easier to take the MWE groove away to replicate the function of a restrictor plate.
When testing a engine on a dyno to compare hp with and with out a mwe groove could you just plug the groove with a bushing or would it be best to use a smoothbore compressor cover.
MWE is behind the tips, not sure how you would be able to put a bushing in.
I would still believe it would be easier to take the MWE groove away to replicate the function of a restrictor plate.
