thermostat Rationality

my 6.7L keeps thermostat rationality Code keeps throwing. The dealer has changed the thermostat once already. And they don’t know what is wrong with it. The damn light piss’s me off. So has this happened much to any one else

yep happened to me a few wks ago dealer said it was my edge juice throwing codes unhooked it fine now

Mine does the same when it gets-20c and I run my webasto, but also the Nitro and Caliber are doing the same if garage stored or plug in the block heater, IT'S NOT the chip trust me!!!!!

Mine has threw it once. After a few starts light went off and I forgot about it.

i ran mine all weekend it didnt go out. i was on off bout 15 time or more

The dealer should be able to flash your ECM to correct the problem. The latest software update may not state that it repairs it in a TSB but it does. Get it flashed T-Stats will not fix it.

My dads came on about 2 weeks ago when it was colder than crap here. The light went off after a little bit and never came back on.....hasn't done it since.
