throttle surge

ok i have an 05 lly 6 speed man. with efi live 5 tune. when it gets real cold out the truck throttle surges at all rpms, sitting or driving. it does it on every tune except stock. i also noticed if i drive the truck even just a few blocks then shut it off for a minute or two then start it and drive it again it wont do it anymore. it does it when the engine is cold or hot. any suggestions?

Is it a slight surge at idle? Or is it when you punch it and it will sit at about a 2k rev limiter?

no we got it figured out. i thought it was a throttle surge but it was my efi kickin on and off because the temp setting was set a little too high
