Timing case bolt help?

I was trying to help you. You have had numerous answers and none of them suited you, so it seems. So I was trying to clarify what you're asking for........

Show me where I've had numerious answers of the size & length bolt? I appologize but it appeared as if you were trying to sarcastic in your reply. I am going to need to purchase new bolts from a hardware store to replace the ones I have lost.

Short bolts 10m 1 3/4" long. Long is 10m 2 1/4".

Does that help?

Yes it does :thankyou2: they are 10mm bolt head, but I believe they are 8Mx?.??x?? is how they are listed for size of shank/pitch/lenght. Damn metric bolts :bang LOL

I'm sorry I think they are 8mx 1.5. I've been buying fittings for 10mm so its stuck in my head.

See how many you need, if I got em. Ill send them to you.

Could be M8x1.25 also. But just bring one of the shorter bolts to the store and match the pitch

im thinking there 8mmx1.25 also but i could be wrong. ive slept since i massed with my timing case.....

Thanks for not trying to be a Dick, Dick:kick: but the only long bolts I have are the two studs when I disassembled the motor I threw all the bolts into three containers....which got moved..and seperated....now that I've gathered what I can find I have a whole bunch of short bolts but not enough long ones to fill the deep holes I counted...was it stupid..yes...but I wasn't in a good frame of mind that day and needed something to occupy my head.....now if you want to help me then by all means help...if you want to continue being a dick please click the back page button now. :bang

Like I said before, there are only two lengths of bolts. The long ones with the studs are the same length as the regular long bolts, only without the stud on the bolt head. Thread is M8x1.25. Measure the bolt with the stud end, and then go digging.
